    The Campaign Registry tracks and manages A2P SMS campaigns to prevent spam and fraud.

    Anyone sending A2P messages via our platform must register with TCR.
  3. Case Number
    If you’ve been assigned a case number, complete all related steps before we can activate your SMS service.
  4. Agreement to Terms
    By sending SMS via our service, you confirm your agreement to these SMS terms.

These guidelines are necessary for compliance with TCR regulations and best practices.

3.1 Getting Consent to Send SMS Messages

  • No Sharing: Phone numbers provided for SMS are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes, under any circumstances.
  • Transparency: You must clearly inform customers how their phone numbers will be used before they consent.
  • Documentation: Keep records of user consent.

3.2 Types of SMS Messages You Can Send

  • Examples: Appointment reminders, follow-ups, billing inquiries, or promotional offers (when explicitly consented).
  • Sample Text: “Hello, this is a reminder for your appointment with [Name] on [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out.”

3.3 Message Frequency

  • Frequency May Vary: Let customers know how often messages might be sent.

  • International Messages: Additional or different fees may apply if sending outside the U.S.
